Orders are processed after payment is received and are shipped within 7- 10 business days.Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Herbbaby Inc is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Carrier Delays & Errors

Herbbaby Inc is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the shipment is under their control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Herbbaby Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable address information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
